Each race sets its own refund policy, shown on the race page. The race organizer decides every request.
Requesting a refund
Use the contact form and include your confirmation number. It goes to the race organizer.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank.
What is not refundable
The RaceGoat service fee and any donation are not refundable.
Payment problems
For a duplicate charge or a charge you don’t recognize, contact us.
