About this event

Rock Hawk is held on the gorgeous, thrilling and rolling trails of Castle Rock's Philip S. Miller Park and the Ridgeline trail system. While not overly technical, these trails will challenge and excite as you soak up the views. It is an excellent race for first time and veteran trail runners alike, and a nice test for anyone training for longer summer events.

The 50K starts at 6:00 AM, the 25K at 7:00, the 10K at 7:30 and the 5K at 8:00, all from the park. Two cup free aid stations, Crossover and Clear Sky, are visited several times depending on your distance, with water, Tailwind, sweet and salty snacks and fruit. The 50K runs the 25K loop twice, coming back through the start/finish (and your drop bag) at the halfway point.

A portion of race proceeds benefits the open spaces and trails of Castle Rock and our partner charities.
